Open Exercise System link is not visible

Hi,

I am going through the system architect course for certification but I am not getting Open Exercise System link inany of the lesson also the lessons are based on Pega platoform version 8 instead of 8.3 as I know 8.3 is the latest version of Pega platform. PLease suggest how to get the Open Exercise System link on my each lessons and the right version of Pega platform. PLease also refer the attachment for more details-

To be clear, the Open Exercise System link is only available on the Exercise: name of exercise lesson page. The link does not appear on any other lesson pages.

Re certification, the certification exam version is Pega 8.1. There are modules available for 8.3 where there are significant enough differences between 8.1 and 8.3. Filter the course list on the System Architect role and the 8.3 modules usually display on the first and second pages of results.

Hello,

 

Thanks for your response, I now get where I will get the exercise link. I tried to open "EXERCISE: CONFIGURING A CASE TYPE" and tried to open the exercise but before I get the work space it asks again a user id and password, but seems it is not allowing to enter with my credential. Can you please confirm if my user id is having a proper right to get this cloud practice work space. My user id is Proprietary information hidden.

Hi Eddie,

Even I am facing the same problem in System Architect Essentials Course. Open Exercise System Link is asking for credentials.

Also login credential is not mentioned in the exercise.

Hi Eddie,

I am currently doing the data scientist course and requesting for a personal cloud based exercise system. However, I have received nothing back with the url for the cloud based exercise system. Is this something I need to raise with the academy support team ? Please let me know.

I am having similar issue. Requesting for cloud based exercise system on the Pega Decisioning Consultant course by clicking the button but nothing happens after that. Please advise.

Good day.

I have the same problem. Open System Exercise does not appear as a link. In addition to downloading the virtual machine, it provides the access url through the browser but the exercise link does not work.

Some help, please.
