I am using AES to monitor our system and I am noticing that we are getting a high number of PEGA0001 alerts from the ApplicationSetup activity and the doUIAction Activity. AES is does not really give a resolution on how to solve this alert. I was hoping someone could give me some guidance on how to resolve this problem. Looking at the analysis tab for this problem, the mean KPI for this issue is 16,113.31 and the max value is 378,771. The total occurrences of the ApplicationSetup activity are 86.
Probable reasons for alert (from the PDN)
If your alert log contains a large number of PEGA0001 messages, a problem on the server might be causing a significant slowdown. Check the server for the underlying problem.
If the text message identifies an activity, the activity might be taking an extremely long time to process. Use PAL or DBTrace to check what steps the activity is running.
