One or more interactions for activity "ProcessAssignment" took an inordinately long time and the alerts for this activity had PAL statistics (ALERTCOUNT) whose average value(s) exceeded certain threshold

When activity "ProcessAssignment" is a Pega OOTB feature why it is having this AES exception.
