Not geeting the customer information while accepting the Demo Pop-CONNERN Call in Interaction portal

 

Hi All,

Working on Not geeting the customer information while accepting the Demo Pop-CONNERN Call in Interaction portal and getting error 

When ran the Tracer getting the FAILS mebtioned below

Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-StartingFlows", pyAccessGroup = "IVACS:CSAdmin", pyWorkPool = "SL-IVACS-Work-Outbound"   Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-StartingFlows", pyAccessGroup = "IVACS:CSAdmin", pyWorkPool = "SL-IVACS-Work-Outbound"   Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-StartingFlows", pyAccessGroup = "IVACS:CSAdmin", pyWorkPool = "SL-IVACS-Work-QualityReview"   Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-StartingFlows", pyAccessGroup = "IVACS:CSAdmin", pyWorkPool = "SL-IVACS-Work-QualityReview"   Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-StartingFlows", pyAccessGroup = "IVACS:CSAdmin", pyWorkPool = "SL-IVACS-Work-Interaction"   Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-StartingFlows", pyAccessGroup = "IVACS:CSAdmin", pyWorkPool = "SL-IVACS-Work-Interaction" 

I attached the screenshots below and fails mentioned above regarding the above error.

The error screenshot attached below last one.

Please help on that error and suggest me what can i do..

@sharadavangimalla  this seems to reference a Demo application. 

Pease install the missing sample data jars as referenced in this post .

Please provide details of which install or update guides and Framework update guides were followed.

If this does not resolve the issue, please provide the context of this installation and platform stack used.
