Not able to use ReopenWorkObject

Hi,

I am trying to use the ReopenWorkObject activity to update Resolved-Completed work objects sending them back to the last stage before case resolution. I am trying to run this activity from the navigation menu available in review mode (pyWorkActionsReview).

However, this fails as no lock is on the work object (see Java step 6 and 7 of OOTB), and attempts to use RefreshAndLock were unsuccessful.

Any advice on using this activity properly or how to place a lock on a resolved case would be much appreciated, from the navigation menu.

I was able to implement your approach successfully, thanks!

Do you know if there is a way to pass in the stage as a param to avoid a few clicks? If not, it will do for now.

Hi Ivan,

I think you can debug how pega is not handling onclick of that button. But better option is using OOTB button as it is.
