Not Able to run dispatcher portal

 

Hi All,

I have recently installed field service 8.2,and followed steps for configurations as per user guide. I have created issues ,service territories, dispatcher, Field workers ,Customers, service. But when I run dispatcher portal on the first screen itself after entering all details I get error "Location is not falling under dispatcher's service territory."

I have added coverage location as US in service territory ,and has provided address of US itself.

 

Please can some one help me with this.

You have to make sure that the selected location is mapped to a service territory that is not associated to dispatcher. Please cross check the configuration and let us know.

Launch admin portal and go to dispatchers. Check the dispatcher id using which you are running the disaptcher portal. Check what are the ST are associated to it. If nothing is associated, add some ST.
