Not able to see the create stage while running from the end user portal in constellation
Hi guys,
Can anyone help me out with the below issue in constellation like:
In constellation, I have configured a case type with logics and also have created an end user portal for HR, when I'm running the case from the portal I am not able to run the case from the first stage which is create stage, it is directly showing the second stage but I have configured some logic in the First (Create) Stage.
Could anyone please help me out with this?

Hi @Mamatha Adiraju: When you say some logic configured, is it on the create stage? If yes, were you able to debug it using tracer to know whether it is returning expected result?
Pease note that the process in create stage can have condition to skip it (generally for non browser cases like email).
