Not able to open the instance

HI

In my application we have two Built on applications 1.PegaDM and 2.PegaPDFS.

The instances are created in PegaPDFS-Work(Work Pool).When we try to open the work object from the portal it is trying to Open the instances in PegaDM Work pool(DMOrg-DMSample-Work). i have set the default work pool to PegaPDFS-Work in my access group but no use .Please help

Hi

Can you check your operator ruleform and see what are the access group mapped with it and what is the default one ?

Also worth checking what is the application mapped with your default access group ?
