Node Information, Agent Management, Cluster management and Requester management grayed out in Designer Studio

Hi,

When I goto Designer Studio-->System-->Operations, I can select only Logs, Purge/Archive and System Management Application. Other options like Node Information, Cluster Management, Requestor Management and Agent Management are grayed out or I am not able to select it. How to enable this?

Do you have the PegaRULES:SysOpsObserver or PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator role in your access group?

Hi Manjunath, 

I have just checked my Pega 7.2.2 system, and those sub menus, Node Information, Cluster Management, Requestor Management and Agent Management are not grayed out and I can access them.

My access group only contains two roles: 

LiuApp:Administrator (clone from PegaRULES:SysAdm4) and PegaRULES:SecurityAdministrator.
