In mobile app after opening a assignment am getting below error.
"no routing information was provided for this assignment"
In Case setting if we uncheck "Enable offline" above error is not coming.
If we tick "Enable offline" checkbox then am facing the issue.

Hi Chandra,
What is the configuration around this assignment? This doesn't strike me as a standard offline processing message. If an assignment has routing (other than current operator), we do not continue to the next assignment and mark the work item as completed until the device sync's with the server. Otherwise, we continue on to the next assignment. Is this message coming from a validation configuration? Are you using a pre-processing activity on the current assignment or post-processing on the previous assignment?
