No "Process Design" section in CSSA v7.2?

Hello all,

I'll be taking the CSSA v7.2 exam soon and saw a discrepancy between the practice exam online and the blueprint provided by Pega?

In the blue print, there is no mention of "Process Design" on the exam - pertaining to the cascading approval process, delegating rules, parallel processing, adding attachments, circumstancing, etc.

However, in the practice exam, there are several questions related to this. Are there any "Process Design" questions on the exam? That percentage is not listed on the blueprint.

Hi,

Process design is a part of the case design domain. In the blueprint, it's been mentioned that case design also includes process design and case design has a 28% weightage on the test.
