Next Best Action ability within Case management for manufacturing domain

Hello,

We have a business requirement for one of the scenarios to identify the most appropriate action to be taken on a case depending on input parameters. Also the logic to suggest the action should be self learning (AI/ similar to NLP) via feedback/correction done in the flow by the user. Over the time the prediction score would eventually reach the point where the feedback is no longer required and the flow will become STP without human intervention.

Wanted to know if there is any OOTB standalone component which would serve this purpose. Or CDH is the only way to go ahead with this requirement. Also need to keep in mind that domain for the application is Manufacturing.

Hi, Interesting. This sounds like an "AI for IA (intelligent applications)" use case that we started to give more focus recently. You could use adaptive models from DSM to go ahead with this, or see if OOTB functionality in recent releases around Predictions and them supporting cases is a better fit. I'll ask others if they have anything more concrete to recommend here.
