New Service Request is creating everytime when we reopen the Interaction Case from Mycase

You may want to use fiddler or the Pega tracer (you may want to NOT attempt both at once!!) in order to see exactly what activity is being called when you click.  If you're calling an activity that creates a new service request, that is the beginning of an explanation.  (and then the next step is to see what is calling the create-new-service-request activity).

thanks for your reply .

Every time new service requst is creating becoz i have selected the Criteria in the Intents as "Launch on start up".

but if i reopen the Interaction from the My cases and the reopening prompt is asking to the user and if user click on OK then the Interaction is reopening but what ever the service request created before is not reopening again .

Instead of reopenig new service request is creating basically it should reload the Service request which are opening and binded to the current intearaction ..

Please let me know if you have questions about the scenario and reproduceble steps .
