New Emails processing in Robotics

HI Team,

Can some one please help us how to process the new emails coming to outlook inbox,

we are trying to process every email when ever a new email comes, we need to start some process that will take about 2 mins, during this 2 mins if a new email comes the existing procress is getting interrupted and getting lot of issues,

How can we make the Robot to execute in sequential order mail by mail,

Appreciate the help a lot.
