Hi All,

We are facing an issue when the Pega Robot Runtime is launched on users machine and loads a package. Below is the windows message displayed when package gets loaded.

The Pega Robot Runtime is preconfigured to pick the package from a C: Drive folder in runtimeconfig.xml file. 

Error loading "PackageName.OpenSpan"

"The device object parameter is either not a valid device object or is not attached to the volume specified by the file name"

I have tried deleting the %appdata% folders in roaming and local and relaunching the Pega Robot Runtime, it still gives the same error message.

Note : I was able to load the package manually from the "Load Local Project" menu option on runtime.

Runtime Version : 19.1.66

Request to please guide on troubleshooting the issue.
