Need guidance on how to compare installed hotfixes between systems

I am working with a client that has multiple Pega instances in use and we’d like to keep them in sync with the installed hotfixes.

We have systems that have been upgraded from 7.2.2. to 7.3.1 as well as systems that were installed directly as 7.3.1 and we cannot easily compare the results of the hotfix scan.

Any suggestion / guidance on how to compare installed hotfixes between systems in a better way?

Hi Melisa,

You could leverage the System Scanner in PRPC to simplify the comparison process. I guess John's reply in this post talks about a way to achieve this.
