How to get list of all hotfixes installed in the system
Sometimes when we raise SRs with GCS, they instruct us to install hotfixes via Application --> Distribution --> Import instead of using the Hotfix Manager.
It has come to my attention through one of the GCS engineers that hotfixes installed in this manner will not be included in the System Scan that can be performed through Hotfix Manager.
If that is the case, can anyone advise on how to get the conclusive list of hotfixes installed in the system, regardless of installation method?

Hi Katherine,
Could you please confirm the marketing version. If it is 7.2.2 , marketing application HFixes are installed as Application Import ( RAP import). They are not installed via Hotfix Manager Wizard, as a result they will not appear in the Scan results .
To get the list of Marketing HFixes Go to SysAdmin --> Product , then search with the keyword "HFIX"

I believe Core hotfixes should appear in the system scan, regardless of whether they're imported or installed. Although please don't import these unless specifically instructed to do so.
Are you talking about Marketing hotfixes in this instance?

I was under that impression as well but GCS said otherwise. When they gave me a hotfix and asked me to import it, it indeed did not appear in the system scan.
