Navigation menu in user portal (react) not working post upgrade (8.7 to 8.8)
Navigation menu in user portal (react) not working post upgrade (8.7 to 8.8). When working on a case, user is stuck on the case and cannot switch to another page on the nav menu or return home to work on the next case.
Do not see any error in the logs or dev tools. Connectivity to constellation is successful
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. upgrade react-based app from 8.7 to 8.8 2. create portal or launch portal created in 8.7 3. create case --> complete the case 4. click on home button or any other page in navigation menu

Cosmos React offers WebPortal for launching portal where in Navigation Pane is working fine,I can switch to another page on the nav menu or return home as well to work on the next case.
since we upgraded from 8.8V sometimes users log in with different browsers (Chrome and Edge) while click in navigation menu, it takes a bit to open a harness and load correctly. such that the connectivity is succesful with constellation architecture enables faster time for best experience.
