Multiple WorkGroups in Pega 7.4
In Pega 7.4 we are trying to add multiple work groups for an operator profile.But when we launched user portal we are not able to see that additional work group.
As part of further analysis we noticed D_ManagerWorkGroups data page will gets loaded based on the Manager Operator Id specified in the work group rule.
Is it something like only for the Operator ID whatever referred in Work group rule this functionality will work?
Any suggestions/ideas on this issue is appreciated.

As per your suggestion it's working fine.But I am having queries related to your change,
1.What is the significance of Operator level work group adding functionality.
2.If we have multiple operators needs access for multiple workgroups do we need to handle it manually by adding those operators in all the workgroups referenced to that operator.

I am using work group adding functionality in order to enable the operator to access the work queues of different workgroups. You can see that the portal is refreshed every time you change the workgroup and it displays the work queues for the selected work group.
Yes you need to make the changes manually.
You also need to add that operator to the authorized managers for the workgroups of the operator. Then you will be able to switch between the workgroups on the user portal.
