Multiple pop up window opening instead of refreshing same window if user clicks button again and again in IE browser
Multiple pop up window opening instead of refreshing same window if user clicks button again and again in IE browser. This issue is not occurring in chrome and firefox browser only in IE.
Button is configured with "OpenURLInWindow" action and with alternate domain URL(www.google.com). And Window name has been specified too.
For e.g.IF user clicks 3 times button then 3 new window will be opened with "www.google.com" in IE browser. In chrome and mozilla it refreshing same window if user clicks button multiple times.

I have tried reproducing the issue at my end in 7.1.9 but I am able to see the same behaviour in chrome and IE.i.e., if user clicks 3 times button then 3 new windows will be opened with "www.google.com".
Please find the attached configuration screenshot and let me know if I am missing any configuration.

Hi Manohar,
I have tried the following approach to restrict to only one window and it is working fine.
Add the following script in Userworkform:
<script>
function test()
{
window.open("http://www.google.com","windowname");
}
</script>
In the section,configure the runscript action for onclick event and call test

The OpenURLInWindow action has a parameter of "Window Name". Fill that out and it should always use the same window with each click.

Yes. It is working fine in chrome with window name. But there is no effect in IE even with window name. I have tried in Mozilla too. Working as expected.
