Multiple cases by a single BOT in Robot Manager at once
Hello,
Can anyone help in understanding if one RPA BOT (VDI) can work on multiple cases at once? Any configuration in Robot Manager?

@PraneshP9696A bot can only be assigned one case at a time from Robot Manager.

@ThomasSasnett Can a single VDI be configured with different user IDs as different BOTs? In that way, if I have one VDI and 5 user IDs, can I configure 5 BOTs in Robot Manger? In such case, 5 different cases can run at once in a single VDI?

@PraneshP9696 You can use the Server Bot Framework to run multiple bots on a given server. You likely can't configure a VDI though as this requires a server with enough resources to host multiple user sessions at once. Here is some information on the Server Bot Framework. One Windows session can only run a single bot at a time, but if your server supports it, the SBF can login multiple times to separate sessions.
