Authentication Mechanisms for RPA in Robot Manager v8.3.1

The Client Security team is not happy with Basic Authentication for RPA while implementing Pega Robot Manager 8.3.1.

We came across from,

Here RPA functionality in Robot Manager does not support other than Basic Authentication.

Please share the alternative authenticating methods to follow in regular implementation.

@Rajasekhar2777 ,

I presume you are trying to do unattended RPA. If this is the case, the Robot Runtime when configured for unattended RPA does support SSO but not the RPA Service. That is why the matrix says "limited support".
