Modal window not opening in Screen Flow
Hi all,
I am trying to render a modal dialogue popup onclick of a custom button in screen flow UI. But the application is opening the popup showing Pega error "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator".
Onclick of the custom button in the screen flow UI, I have added an action 'Add Item' to append a pagelist and then added a Local Action as 'Modal Dialogue'. The custom button is outside the pagelist grid. The Tracer is recording nothing onclick of this particular button. In clipboard I see no pagelist has been added onclick of this button.
Pega version used: 7.4. No framework present.
Please suggest what may be the root cause of the problem. Screenshot attached.

Thanks guys for all your replies. The issue has resolved automatically the next day I went to office. No code change done.

Hi ,
Try to check the pega logs , there you will get some info.
Also to segregate the issue you can keep only one action onclick and check e.g. you can remove the add item and keep only launch modal dialog so as to get confirmation which action is causing the issue.
