Launch flow in modal window
we are launching a flow in modal dialog on click of radio button. once the flow completed any harness refresh on the current page opening the case in different Tab. Not sure why it is opening in different tab instead of same tab. on section refresh it is not happening. If anyone faced same situation and resolved the issue please let me know.

Could you please check whether any action is configured in any of the buttons (submit button) that you are launching in the modal window.

we are using CPM frame work. I have attached screenshots. once the flow in modal dialog completed on click of radio button. we have button to show the eform in separate window once we click that the Pega call (interaction) and service case are showing in separate Tabs. if don't launch the flow in modal dialog it is showing in the same tab though we click the eform button.

Thanks for the response.
Please try to configure the locking to Optimistic locking which will avoid opening the service case in new tab rather than in same tab.
