hi all,

we upgrated pega version 7.3 to 8.3. campaign does not run. also system has that error. I dont know how can ı solve it. please help

 (MKT_Data_Outbound_Queue.Action) ERROR   - OutboundDBChild - Failed to locate record with keys:

there is no log. it just
