Migrate Attachments from DB to custom repository

Currently, my application, Pega v8.1.2, is storing case attachments in the database. We like to migrate to a custom repository, Amazon S3. I like to know if there is any wizard or pre-existing functionalities within the Pega platform to move the attachment from the DB to the new repository.
