Attachments migration to Azure

Hello Everyone,

Can you help me to check the feasibility and design Approach for below requirements on Attachments Migration.

About Application:

  • Application hosted in Pega Cloud and version 7.2.1
  • Attachments saved in Pega DB.
  • Size of Attachments Data Apprx 4TB.

Requirements:

  1. Migrate All existing attachments to Azure repository.
  2. Enable Azure repository for new Attachments to get saved directly in Azure.

We know, 8.X have OOTB capability of doing above. Customer is not interested to migrate to 8.X from 7.X.

Kindly throw your thoughts on above requirement.

I don't think that is possible for 7.2.1, at least not OOTB from platform's perspective. Please double check with Pegacloud support as you are running in pegacloud.
