Maximum number of documents that can be opened simultaneously is 16. Do we have any doc or link for this?
The maximum number of docs that can be opened in case manger portal is 16.Can it be increased?.Do we have any docs or links available stating this ?

Hi Vikas,
You can look into layout properties inside pyPortalContent section configuration to see this value(16). you can follow Kevin's suggestion to suppress the warning which appears on reaching the limit.

Hi,
I have a question in this context. We kept the value as 9 in our application and not sure if any performance issues come with this value. We are running on V7.1.9 and CPMHC 7.1.3 and we are working on a contact center application.CSR may open a max of 9 interactions and want to know any GC(perf) impact in production with this value in production. Can someone pls respond on this?
