Log case open action in log file
Hi Everyone,
There is an requirement for audit log. Client want log [Who where when open the case] like as below
chunliang from caselist at 2021/4/13 10:12:45 Open the A-200 case in XXXXscreen .
I found [Security Event Configuration:Every open of a work- class object on the clipboard that succeeds] setting. But not meet my requirement. Is there any OOTB can deal with it?If need customized how do it? Do you have the same issue and Could you give me some suggestion for it.

@chunliangl There is an extension point which may be suitable for your requirement. Check the Work-. OpenDefaults activity. You can add a log message step.

I have checked it. It work well on [Open work By Handle].
Is there any same activity on [Open Assignment] active?

@chunlianglI think you can use Work-.PerformDefaults (Called by the Work-.Perform activity. Override to customize or extend the steps that are performed while processing an assignment).
