Location On Case Audit Sometimes work Sometimes not working at all

Location on our case audit data not getting any value, but it works sometimes .

i already make sure that the enable location service being checked on the case setting, browser location setting .

any idea on what should check that might made this location not getting any value ?

Also is it happening for all browser or only one or two particular browser ?
