Localization of Step Names
Hi,
We are using Pega 7.1.6 version and after running the localization wizard, don't see the step names (visible in the case life cycle view) being picked up for translation. Is this a known issue? If yes, is there a workaround to it?

Hello,
Upon reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved. SA-24019 was created as a result of the investigation. Please reference that if you have the same question.

The only things that will be picked up for translation are field value rules (maybe message rules too, can someone else chime in about that, please?)
So, if your favorite text isn't being listed in the localization wizard, see whether it is represented in a field value rule.
And even if it is in a field value, is the referring rule (such as "case life cycle viiew") using the field value or hardcoding the text in the assembly of the referring rule? Depending on how old your Pega version is, there may be a "localize" checmark on the html tab of the referring rule, if it is a user interface category rule.

The following feature was an enhancement under Pega 7.1.6 and was made available from Pega 7.1.8 onwards.
