Task name not localized

Hi,

There is a requirement to localize the taskName for all the assignment in the history for BO Reporting. We tried the pyAddWorkHistoryDefaults to customize where changing the locale and get the localized text of pyInstructions and then set in taskName. but this only solved half a problem as we can see for other task name where addWorkHIstory OOTB isnt called it set tasklabel as task name.

Please suggest.
