loadbalancer URl vs Individual JVM URL
When we login to the pega application using Loadbalancer URL and create a case, when we check the work table in the DB it shows the pxCreateDateTime in GMT format, whereas when we logged into the application using individual JVM URL and create a case in the same environment it shows pxCreateDateTime in CST format in the same work table.
When we connect using Loadbalancer URL, it just connects to any JVM in the cluster and it should take the TimeZone of that particular JVM right.?
Can anyone help me with this issue.?

Please double check your timezone setting in EACH JVM, make sure it is the same as that of database timezone. (the application server timezone is controlled by JVM argument -Duser.timezone=America/New_York as an example).

Our JVM's are all running in CST timezone. FYI - We're working on setting up our environment on PKS, so all the pods are running in CST timezone and our DB is also in CST Timezone.

Are you using same login URL with and without GLB?
Are you using same operator?
You could also check operator details after login with/without GLB.
