We did an infrastructure upgrade on PROD web and app servers and we identified 403 errors on rendering images in the application. Strangely, the images do not load only on our load balancer url. On all the other SSO and non-SSO urls that contain hostname, the images are rendered without any issues.

We do not have a load balancer in UAT. We created an alias for the web server to access the application via vanity url. But, we do not have any issues on UAT urls. We compared the reverse proxy settings in PROD with UAT and they are similar. Since 403 error is related to not having permissions, do we need to modify the catalina policy file to grant more permissions? Any clues must be greatly appreciated.
