Web Treatments are visual representations of the message being shown to the client on the Web channel. CDH uses treatment in its Adaptive models to learn which treatments are garnering more responses vs others that are not. Making the URL dynamic will take away the ability to identify which treatment is faring better and provide better engagements vs the ones which do not.

We have client who deal with millions of images and they would like the capability of dynamically setting the image on a CustomerID + Proposition + Channel basis prior to a decision being made. In order words an external has made the image selection on based those dimension and would like an elegant way of presenting that information back into Pega instead of ignoring that functionality completely.
Note that an Content URL is a dimension of a treatment. Where you have millions of images a person is deciding which is the best image for a treatment. I would prefer an external system decide and provide that information into Pega. The remaining image dimensions (Click-through URL, Language, Format etc) can remain static.
