The license cost for the on-premise Pega Platform can vary depending on factors such as the number of users, modules required, deployment size, and any additional services (Maintenance, Upgrade) or support.
Its totally depend on the requirement.
For Subcription, You can drop an email to pega with your requirement they will provid the cost based on the requirement.
As I know , you have the right to use the software indefinitely once you bought the license.
