Hi, I've sent emails to support to see if they can help me with this question regarding to understand which users are licensed in BPM Case Management. What I would like to know is if in my organization we have 5 architects that are going to build applications that are going to be consumed by 150 users once we release the created applications and therefore the 150 users will enter as an end user to the applications that we create to enter information , approve or reject requirements, how many users count as a license for BPM Case Management 5 or 155?

Marissa thank you for the answer but we don't currently have an Account Executive because we are in the evaluation of the system with the 30 days that come by default and one of the points that we want to validate is the modality in which the users are licensed, so we would appreciate if you could help us solve the doubt we have.

Hi Marissa, thank you for your answer, where do I consult for the sales department? because last week I entered twice the same question related to the use of licenses in the Contact US section in Ask a Question but they never answered my question, so for that reason I entered the same question in this forum.
