Launch of Pega URL throws contact your system administrator message intermittently
When launching the Pega application URL shows Please contact system administrator error message intermittently. This is shown when the URL is opened in new window or incognito as well.
This issue is seen intermittently and tried clearing browser cache also but shows this error message not always but seen frequently.
Any leads on this would be highly appreciated

@PrashanthNair please provide some background details about this environment. Is this a new or updated environment?
Did you check the pegaRULES and pegaALERT logs for errors as suggested in similar forum questions such as this one, this one , this one and this one?
Can you have a look at our article Understanding HTTP status codes for troubleshooting common issues?
How is your user launching the application 'in a new window'?
Can you replicate when having your existing Administrator log into Dev Studio?
Please provide details of what tracer and logs you have checked and some further info on the troubleshooting you carried out so far based on available Pega documentation.
