Last Interaction and count of interactions of a customer in pega cdh
Hi Alll,
Trying to achieve below 2 requirements:
1) Last Interaction of customers
2) count of interactions of customers based on say outcome or decision time.
Tried using Activity>>RDB Methods with SQL Queries to get the results (Group by SubjectID)
Any other optimal way? Keeping performance in mind.
Can we use Summaries + Aggregates to achieve these both the requirements?
Any suggestion would be helpful.
