Context Dictionary save is failing without any error - Pega CDH 8.8

The context dictionary in our application is defined at three level 

Household > Customer > Subscription (Primary)

We recently upgraded to CDH 8.8 from CDH 8.6 and while saving the context dictionary its failing without any error (Attached screen shot). 

All the steps are success still the process is failing with "Info - Error in rule creation so restoring the rule".

There is no error in Audit log, Pega log and tracer. 

Any suggestion on how to resolve this?

@Rohit SinghI have couple of questions: 1. I see it's mentioned that CDH was updated from 8.6 to 8.8. But when I see audit log of Context dictionary, I see ADM got generated successfully. Ideally ADM gets generated only once during initial CD save. Can you please provide some info around this? 2. Did we check the logs to see any exception getting logged?
