Kibana using Pega Cloud for log management

Hi All,

Can we use Kibana Pega Cloud Service for Client Managed Applications/on-premise, followed https://community.pega.com/video-library/support-guide-viewing-application-log-files-using-elk and it looks like, it applies only to Pega Cloud Services environments.

If yes, how can we access the service?

Any suggestions would be useful.
