Please check out this link here "Pega log files in Kibana". it states "You can use Kibana to view and visualize Pega log files for all nodes in a cluster if you use ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management." but I'm not seeing where it says you can download. Hope that is a good starting point for you!

You can't download logs from Kibana. You can only view the logs.

However you can copy paste the content manually.
