JIRA integration with PRPC 731.
Hi Team,
We would like to integrate JIRA with PRPC731 to track user stories.Could someone please provide the implementation document.
While trying to access the following PDN article https://pdn.pega.com/integrating-agile-workbench-jira , I am getting the access issues.

Is this for On-premise JIRA or cloud version? You just need to replace the myjira in the populated url by default with the integration to the actual IP and port and that should work generally. Please share the instance details if any, so that we can help you better on this.

Hi,
On-Premise JIRA.
This is our JIRA URL : https://jira.anthem.com/browse/COMPASS-10853
I have tried replacing the myjira with the above mentioned URL (https://jira.anthem.com/browse/COMPASS-10853/rest/api),but still the same error "ENTER A VALID URL"

Hi,
The following URL https://jira.anthem.com/rest/api has been working out.Although a right project name has been entered @ "setup integration details" form,it displays the message PROJECT DOES NOT EXIST.
In addition,the version tab has been disabled and we are not able to enter any details.

As the list of projects are not being fetched from JIRA, you are getting that error mentioned in screen shot.
Could you try 'Update the GetJiraProjects activity (you can checkout or saveas this into your app ruleset) and remove the when condition for Step 5.1. With this change projects dropdown should show list of projects from JIRA and user should be able to enter a valid project name.'

Hi Vanaa,
The above recommended steps has been implemented,but still the dropdown of the version tab is not displaying all the right values.
It displays few in the drop down list which are irrelevant to the project entered.

This issue is raised as an SR, we had a call and the issue is with the customized jira instance.
Shared the steps and configuration changes, after which the integration works fine.
