Java JAR file called PegaCRMAbbyy.zip
We are currently in the process of designing the Sales Automation Mobile App and we would like to add the functionality of creating contacts by scanning their business cards.
Referring to the below link, it says that we need to use the custom Java JAR file called PegaCRMAbbyy.zip which is included in the sample RAP.

I have already created an account and received an email with the application ID and password. But when I tried saving the activity that is calling the getCardData, I got an error saying that “com.pega.ocr cannot be resolved”.
Has anyone seen this error before?How to proceed from here?

Hello,
The SR was marked closed after providing PegaAbbyy.zip. After a restart of the environment the code to access the external OCR environment was available to the activity.
