java.util.zip.ZipException: zip file is empty
while importing Automating import process from prpcServiceUtils.properties getting below error..
Note: in command prompt it says import successful, but product not available on target server..

I already went through the article and pegaDiagnosticUser details are configured.. Still same issue!!!
Running on tomcat Server
Pega Version 7.3.1
below settings available on tomcat-users.xml file..
<role rolename="admin-gui"/>
<role rolename="manager-gui"/>
<role rolename="PegaDiagnosticUser"/>
<user username="admin" password="pas" roles="admin-gui,manager-gui,PegaDiagnosticUser"/>
Also attached commad run details and Pega import logs..
Note: On command prompt build is successful..but import is not happening to target

Apart from the above root cause and the directory permissions i don't suspect any other root cause behind this failure. As it looks like you are using Windows OS, so the directory permissions also doesn't matter in your case. If others also don't have any further inputs regarding this issue, then you can go ahead to create an SR with GCS team for further investigation.

Else try to import the same file from the Designer Studio import wizard and check the behavior to make sure the file is not corrupted.
