Is it possible to access a virtual desktop thru Openspan.

Hi

I have a requirement where I need to automate a process of logging into virtual desktops thru VMware. Can it be done by Pega Robotics. If yes can you please provide leads to the process.

No, it is not impossible, we need to be injected into the processes in order to automate them.  The VMWare starts processes in a state that the product cannot access.

Are you using the Horizon Client?  If so, yes you can.  I just did a sample project and since the application is a Windows app I was able to interrogate all of the controls and work with them.
