To get Desktop mining, you will have to use Pega's Workforce Intelligence (https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/products/workforce-intelligence) capability. Workforce Intelligence doesn't have have a community edition. To start your Workforce Intelligence implementation, please reach out to your account team.
