MODULE: Using a scorecard for group-level suitability.
Every time today, and yesterday when I get to this section of the exercise the system is failing on step 15c when I click on Submit
no circle to indicate the system is running....
15. Right-click the Filter component, and then click Properties to open the Filter properties dialog box to enter the following filter properties:
- In the Filter properties dialog box, in the Name field, enter Credit Score >= 600.
- Next to the Filter condition field, click the Open icon to open the Expression builder.
- In the Expression builder, enter DetermineCreditScore.pxSegment=="Suitable".

I was able to log on to your Pega instance and access the Filter component properties:
Your experience can be caused by a VPN, or security settings on a corporate network or local computer.
If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN. If you are on a corporate network or proxy server, it could be the firewall/security settings - try accessing the Pega instance from a different network. You can also try using a different computer if you cannot reconfigure the VPN, firewall, or other security settings.
