Issue with outbound emails and inbound emails for Pega application Account
Hi all,
Issue here is test connectivity is working as expected for both. Sender and Receiver.
Email listener is also up and running
for outbound : in pega correspondence to respective email is sent successfully and attached correspondence status is also sent in pega but in outlook to the account we sent is not receiving in inbox. debugged by tracing send activity it is working as expected.
but still no notifications in outlook
For inbound :
messages are picking by email listener but they are not processing as they are going to errors and in logs we can see unhandled email listener exception pop3 read only exception.
can some one resolve on this inbound and outbound issue
it would be great if I get it resolved
tried so many pdn articles to trouble but still issue exists please let us know if some one can give us perfect solution for this issue
