Invalid date time fomat (YYYY-MM-dd hh:mm:ss.sss) issue in pega 8.3.1

 

We received date time format (YYYY-MM-dd hh:mm:ss.sss) from the external system and able to store these value in a date time property type in integration layer. The moment when pega tries to read the data from integration layer to application layer for manipulation like extracting only date portion via sub string, Pega is throwing (2019-07-10 00:00:00.000 is not a valid date time error). This is working in 7.1.8 and 8.2 but pega throws this validation error in pega 8.3. Any pointers on how to address this issue will be really helpful.
